"Frank, Chris and Les were all friendly, helpful and accommodating when I
came to pick up my vehicle. They worked as a team and allotted me
ample time to go over every aspect of the purchase. There had been a
recall on the floor mats, and they were on back order, however, I really
wanted the all weather mats and I offered to pay the up charge. They
gave me the mats for no additional cost. At the time I ordered the car,
early April, they were offering 1 year of oil changes (3 changes), but
since I took delivery May 11th, that promotion was no longer being
offered. I asked to be included in the oil change promotion since I
ordered the vehicle in April and Chris Adams (Sales Manager) said he
would see what he could do. I don't think I was home for an hour when
Chris called and said he had set it up with the service department to
include my car in the oil change promotion. These guys were great to
work with; I felt they were very straightforward in the info they
provided and were fair. This is not your typical dealership, they are
looking to build relationships with their customers. I will definitely
buy from them again and recommend you go talk to them."
